Situated 3.5 kms south of the township of Te Puke in picturesue kiwifruit and avocado country. The villa affords peace and tranquillity for the discerning traveller.

The original villa was built in 1910 and has been modernised to provide character an charm in the Western Bay of Plenty.

The bungalow is separate self contained accommodation which can sleep two. It has its own facilities, shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV together with coffee and tea making facilities.

Original Villa

The Villa was built in 1910 and was known as the "Webber Homestead." It was refurbished and added on to in the 1980's. The facilities in the Villa are guest share and guests have their own lounge and TV area.
